Signe

Signe (see-NA) is an woman who comes to Trade Town every raiding season and sets up camp on the hillock directly across from the tower of Alim the Mad.  She is a practitioner of Seidr and has a raven named, curiously, Cloudberries.  She wears a fine necklace of silver and amber with a small sculpture of a cat embedded in it, likely from Araby.

Signe will perform feats for visitors if they can meet her demands.  She is feared by the population because she says she comes to Thule to watch Ragnarok unfold.
