Araby

Far to the south of Midgard lies Araby, the land of deserts and intrigue.  It is home to many merchants and mystics, some of which have heard of Thule and The Onyx City and have journeyed there to join in exploring it.  The first to come was Alim the Mad, a sorceror of great power.

(Consider Araby to be a stand-in for a fantasy Middle East and North Africa.)
