The Onyx City

A collection of titanic structures of cyclopean, black stone, rising from the ice like a jagged, fallen star.  Angles twist where they shouldn’t, surfaces absorb light, and a palpable, chilling wrongness emanates from its silent, unmoving form.  It feels ancient, unnatural, and utterly hostile.

It was first discovered many years ago and explored in secret by Ingolf Thorstein.  Since his untimely disappearance in the ruins, his legacy is carried on by Leif Troll-Killer and his band of raiders, as well as countless freemen and outlanders who travel to Thule to find their fortunes within.
