A Germanic witch of great reknown, she practiced dark arts and was nigh-on immortal.  Some believe she may be the most powerful user of arcane magic that ever lived.

Some in the Church believe she was behind the incursion of Chaos into our world that led to the Chaos Crusades.  She has not been seen since, but there are those that believe she still exists, working in secret.
