Folkvangr

A meadow or field in Asgard, ruled by the goddess Freyja.  It is one of the destinations for those who die in combat, with Freyja choosing half of the slain warriors to reside there, while Odin receives the other half in Valhalla.  Freyja’s hall, Sessrumnir, is located within Folkvangr.
