Kare Icehearted

A Viking loosely associated with the Brotherhood Of The Twisted Axe who lives year-round as caretaker of Trade Town, so-called because he braves the horrible winters of Thule to do so and keep an eye on The Onyx City during the off-raid season.  He was a close friend of Ingolf Thorstein, and stays to care for Trade Town and keep watch for the day that Ingolf returns to Trade Town.

During raiding season he is often found in Norsemen’s Rest telling tall tales of things he has seen, both before his time on Thule and afterwards.  He swears that because of what he’s seen he will never go into the ruins, but never specifies exactly what it is that he saw.
