Camp (plague) doctor

In the camp, there’s a curious individual hawking services as a surgeon.  He always dresses in a plague doctor outfit and is… eccentric.

He turns out to be a vivimancer and can provide healing and work commissions, but is also very interested in some bio-magitech found in the Skein.
