Amulet of the Guardian Spirit

An amulet that, when worn, will confer an extra hit point per level, plus one per spell the character may cast.  These extra points heal normally as per other hit points, except after a long rest (overnight, full eight hours of rest with a good meal and no interruptions) they are completely replenished.
