Roguelike ghosts

In the dungeon near powerful Chaos it is not unusual for adventurers to die.  However, like in Roguelike games, when a character dies in such circumstances, often their ghost lingers and, driven mad, attacks those in the dungeon using spectral replicas of their former equipment and powers.
