Armageddon Clock

This is also sort of a locale, because it’s a place in the megadungeon.  It could be a weird mystery place that did most of the things listed here, but also does other things.  It could grant all sorts of weird, random boons as well as dark curses and evil.

Basically, a clock that chimes periodically and it does something different based on each chime.
